Making-up service
Isobel Hunt Embroidery kits come packaged
in beautiful velvet workbags which have been specially designed to be
easily transformed into the backing for your cushion. For those who enjoy
the challenge of making their own cushion, each kit comes with instructions
on how to transform the workbag into your cushion backing. However, we
also provide a cushion making-up service and details of this can be found
inside the kit. |

Missing wools
We always allow extra wool to enable
you to complete our kits, whatever your stitching style and whether you
use tent stitch or basket weave. However, sometimes people do report wool
shortages and occasionally this is due to our human error. Whatever the
reason for the wool shortage, we are always happy to send additional wools
free of charge so that you can complete your Isobel Hunt Embroidery kit
with minimal disruption and maximum enjoyment. |

Reverse Printing
Great news for those people who like
to have similar designs facing each other. For an additional charge
of £20 we are now able to reverse print the following designs: |

Alternative Background Colours
Should
you require an alternative background colour we will be happy to change
our background wools for any wool in the Appleton range. Please return the
background wools supplied in the kit and let us know which colour wool you
would like to replace it with. |
