On her return to England Isobel enroled at the Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace and upon graduating spent a year doing private commissions before starting Isobel Hunt Embroidery kits in 1999. Working from home she received her first order, from Liberty’s of Regent Street, London the day before her wedding and spent the day frantically counting wools, folding canvases and packing kits. Today the business has moved out of home and Isobel divides her time between designing for the business and looking after her two young children. With a range of 18 kits our designs continue to gain in popularity and her kits are now sold in over 85 shops in 10 countries.
