At Isobel Hunt Embroidery Kits we are dedicated to providing you with top quality service. If you can’t find what you are looking for or have any questions then please contact us.
Making-up service Please send your finished embroidery back to us at 5 Dundonald Road, London NW10 3HP. It needs to be sent back in it’s original velvet bag with your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Please include payment of £65 by cheque made payable to Isobel Hunt Embroidery Kits. We do not accept any other payment for making up. Making up involves stretching, backing, cord, zip and postage. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for making up.
Missing wools We always allow extra wool to enable you to complete our kits, whatever your stitching style and whether you use tent stitch or basket weave. However, sometimes people do report wool shortages and occasionally this is due to our human error. Whatever the reason for the wool shortage, we are always happy to send additional wools free of charge so that you can complete your Isobel Hunt Embroidery kit with minimal disruption and maximum enjoyment.
Reverse Printing Great news for those people who like to have similar designs facing each other. For an additional charge of £20 we are now able to reverse print the following designs:
	Egyptian Camel Indian Cow Woodland Deer Indian Elephant Persian Horse
Alternative Background Colours Should you require an alternative background colour we will be happy to change our background wools for any wool in the Appleton range. Please return the background wools supplied in the kit and let us know which colour wool you would like to replace it with.
